“This place is great. They have tool service which they can do some inhouse and if no t they will send the item out to the manufacturer. You can get most anything there for your construction needs. They are even supplying erosion control items now.”
“Since I have never been to a Woodcraft, I stopped in here with my wife to purchase a router lift they had instock.I wanted to give the store a good once over before I committed to them.The staff was super friendly, there was a bowl turning class going on, their wood selection was amazing, the store was well organized, clean, and items were easy to reach and find.I haven't fully defected from Rockler yet...that being said, I gave Woodcraft a healthy amount of my money that day and signed up for their distribution. I dont make it to Loveland very often, but when I do, I will always stop there.”
“Went in on a humbug and walked around just doing some prelim research on the price of poultry feeds.Looks like a 30-40% increase since Brandon was installed to push inflation to the Moon and cripple the working class.Well laid out store, clean and neat with very helpful staff. Got asked if I needed any help while looking around, got asked how my day was going at the register, no hassles and I even found empty egg cartons for .80 a pop so I can buy local eggs at a discount. Will be back to see the fluffball baby chooks when they are in season.”

“I was in your store yesterday (Store 1529) retrieving an online order that came in. As I entered the pick up area, I was greeted by Debbie. She ensured that I received my order and the transaction went smoothly. While talking to her it was very pleasant. She was very attentive, super nice and went out of her way to ensure that I had a cart to put my stuff in to take out to the car. Debbie made my whole trip a good one ! “It was real short visit got a can of spray paint to paint an appliance and a half inch brass fitting for gas outlet. Notice there was a very long line and only one cashier. People were getting somewhat upset because there was almost 20 people in line. I walked over to the information counter. And as I was headed that way a cashier walked past me and I said only one of you guys working tonight as a cashier. He says I'm opening one right now. I went and got checked out immediately instead of having to wait for 20 people to check out. Then the line diminished very quickly. I just got really good timing. And I'm going to continue to believe that.”
“We purchased a GE gas stove in August and the first time we turned it on we knew there was something wrong. When we turned the oven on the top of the stove got so hot we could not touch it. We talked with Mike and his team at Home Depot and he had us get in touch with GE. GE gave us the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They had two different Techs come look at the stove who determined it had been build without insulation. After a lot of fake "we really care" from GE they determined it was acceptable to have our stove get this hot. They didn't care that our little granddaughter could easily get burned or that our house could burn down. We then went back to Mike at Home Depot Loveland who had helped us through this process. Home Depot stood behind the product they had sold and replaced it with the Samsung Gas Stove we chose. It is wonderful. It does not get hot on the outside, like all other stoves I have ever owned I am not afraid it will burn my house down. After not having a stove for 2 months we are cooking up a storm. We so appreciate Mike and his entire team who helped us and cared about us. We will be lifetime Home Depot customers. Bruce & Cheryl”
