“I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at the Home Depot in Loveland, Colorado. I stopped in to buy a few plants and was greeted by an employee named Phil. Even though I didn’t think I needed help, he took the time to share some great tips and mentioned an area where clearance items would soon be available. Because of his suggestion, I found an amazing deal on a wooden potting bench. When I showed Phil what I’d found, he was genuinely excited for me. He immediately rounded up two team members, Ty and Sigroy, who helped load the heavy garden bed onto a cart. At checkout, Sylvia was absolutely delightful, friendly, upbeat, and genuinely excited for me about the great clearance find. She patiently worked through a couple of pricing and barcode issues with a smile, making checkout easy and enjoyable. Her kindness and positive energy were just as memorable as everyone else’s outstanding service. The service didn’t stop there. Ty and Sigroy came out to my truck, loaded everything in, and even took the time to strap the raised garden bed down so I could drive home safely. Every single person I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about making my day easier. Phil, especially, went above and beyond, turning a simple trip for plants into an outstanding customer experience. Home Depot is fortunate to have employees like Phil, Sylvia, Ty, and Sigroy representing the company. Thank you all for making my day. I’ll definitely be back!”

“We went looking for outdoor lights to replace the old ones on our house. I took 1 star off the rating as there was a large selection of lights, but only a small part of them were the downward facing type, meaning they have a cover on the top to prevent light shining upward.”
“Lowe's trips are always fun. However, the aisle numbers can be confusing as well as some product placement. Other than that, the Loveland Lowe's rocks! The staff assisted me in finding exactly what I needed!”

“Came in last night, was in a tight spot. Had a compressor bolt snap off and needed one to save 20,000$ in frozen food. Not only did they have the bolts I needed they gave us the 4 bolts at no charge. Great people. Infinity Refrigeration ♾ appreciated the gesture and so did our customer!”

“Always a great experience. Just now I came in right at closing, maybe even a minute after, and they still helped me out and got me taken care of. I wouldn’t recommend ever coming into any store right at closing. It’s not fun for employees, but I had to today and they saved me! Thank you Ace!”
