They have worked hard to reorganize the store and it is very nice. They removed changing rooms because of the excessive shoplifting, but I take items home to try on and can take some time to decide if it's something I want to keep.

The prices are absurd, especially compared to other goodwill stores. Used stuff is priced at new retail prices. It makes no sense to shop at a thrift store when that's the case.

Well organized, but average or below average selection

I try to understand the environment I am in and why people act how they do but today was rough. Been to every goodwill in a 70 mile radius from this store and these prices are wild. Super over priced. Broken. Then being yelled at by some younger lady employee for looking at the items on a new rack thst was pushed out was the last straw. Not even my 5 year old boy understood why we got yelled at. Never seen a goodwill that cares about a new rack being shopped. Yall are not a retail store. You receive free donations and your product is used. Rough day.

The little boy working in the donation side was rude and possibly using drugs. Donate literally anywhere else.

Why is it so expensive?
some of these items are used and are more extensive than buying new.
I'm not donating here anymore.......

We were buying some items - we saw a mirrored picture frame that was cracked - we asked for a discount - the amazing women (kathy) checking us out called up a man Todd whom I assume is a manager. Todd is a complete rude jerk - he told the women workkg. Wry stern and rude to not bother her with things like that and the item was priced accordingly and stormed off - as long as they have management like this they won’t sell over priced broken items - also good luck keeping employees - I hope someone higher up than Todd reads this and he is reprimanded for his rude haha or to employees and customers - very rude man

Person who answered the phone left me mo desire to visit.
I will visit other Thrift stores and only this one if I'm desperate!
Tho, I've been there in the past I recall they had no dressing rooms.
I also have work at a Goodwill in the past and know they expect alot from workers for little pay.
My recommendation is to donate your stuff to other Thrift as this is a million dollar industry who, pays little and cares nothing for the poor.

This Goodwill is ridiculously overpriced.
Trying to charge near or over store prices. Or charging $80 for a free gift bag that you get with store purchases. I would be embarrassed to run a thirft store and charge obscene prices for donated items.
They have colored tags that are discounted yet almost nothing seems to be priced with the "discount" tags.
Beware! No dressing rooms! If you purchase clothes and they don't fit you only get store credit back.

This place is terrible. I guarantee I can go in and in less than 10 minutes I can find 5 items or more that are at retail or above retail for the same item brand new.

Not a very good thrift store. The prices are inflated, for pre used items. Sometimes you can get a better deal at big store for the same item.

Good selection of some things butSuper pricey! Luggage for $40 when ARC is priced at $13. Scooter for $300 when online for $120. So be cautious!

Way better organization and feel than the Fort Collins branch. Items are definitely overpriced, I think every second hand store is following that trend. Woman that checked me out was quite rude. I don’t understand, if you’re not happy with your job, then get a new one. Don’t take it out on customers.

Do not bring your donations to this place. Go to Arc instead. This location has an uppity female with glasses that has a serious attitude problem! She’s literally the rudest employee I’ve met at any Goodwill ever!

I wish they had fitting rooms still. It's dumb we have to try cloths on OVER our cloths so everyone can literally stare (men) and if it don't fit we only get store credit. Should stop taking cloths honestly!
