My wife had been attending for some time, and I never fully understood the grit and strength involved until I experienced it myself. “Fantastic independent gym. Never too busy. Lots of equipment and cardio machines. Pool, hot tub, steam room, and lots of group exercises classes. Everything is always clean and the staff is friendly.”

“Not too crowded most of the time! Almost everyone cleans their machines after they are done. Front desk staff mostly friendly. Most importantly very reasonably priced and I don't see women getting harassed!”
