“My name is John Gray I am 64 years old and have type 2 diabetes. I joined Loveland Athletic Club about 6 months ago. Since working out at this gym I have shed 45 pounds and was able to get off of my diabetes medications ( very huge deal). I attribute a lot of my success in this journey to this wonderful gym. “I originally came to SPENGA with my wife just to show support, but I ended up joining a community that truly values and encourages you. My wife had been attending for some time, and I never fully understood the grit and strength involved until I experienced it myself. All I knew was that she became stronger, built meaningful friendships, and developed healthier habits — and that inspired me to become a better version of myself. It’s incredibly motivating to watch both the trainers and members push themselves beyond what seems possible.
