I wish there was a fitting room closer to the men's jeans (by the dog and kitchen stuff) my son just turned 15 so we were jean shopping with my parents and I had to walk half way across the store to get a different size.
The two employees who were "watching us" but pretend to fold the same cloths over and over again. Not everyone steals!!!

Went here for an Amazon return hence the lady who helped me with super nice definitely recommend the customer service desk. That is the only place I bothered to interact with a customer service. Overall the layout of the rest of the store is pretty thought out and pretty good

I have had very positive experiences with Dawn at the register many times. She is always extremely kind and helpful to me and makes me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. I’m 26, so some might think younger people just want to get in and get out. While that may be true for a large percentage of my age group, I really appreciate being able to make a short and fast experience feel so special and personal. I always make sure to show the utmost respect for my cashiers anywhere I go since I have worked as one. I do this hoping that the people in line behind me will take note, and be nice if they were in a sour mood. Thank you Dawn!

Who doesn’t love Kohl’s? This store is always clean and has lots to choose from. The new checkout is taking some getting used to but that is a corporate decision.
This is a great location with lots of other retail stores around. Never shop at full price because a coupon will come out in just a few days time.

They have a bigger selection of products. It’s not as picked through, less busy. The Fort Collins location is picked through, busier and less product availability. I would be traveling the extra distance for a better experience for sure!

I arrived at the store at a quarter of noon I immediately went to the department found the item as immediately in the Sephora cologne area I went to the desk check out and asked how do I get Calvin Klein obsession the clerk who I had to repeatedly say excuse me excuse me to the point of almost yelling before they would turn around from facing the wall doing whatever they were doing with tester units finally walked over saw what I wanted and said what size and I said the 4 oz she went back again turned her back did something on a little electronic device scan something waited at least 5 minutes and said what size was it that you wanted I repeated 4 oz she then said something over her mobile device please pull this item didn't say another word to me and as I'm standing there was talking to another customer who had had the same thing happen and had been waiting 20 minutes 30 minutes later finally someone showed up with the product I spent a total of 45 minutes in the store despite the fact I had found my item in 2 minutes asked to purchase it and had to wait the person that finally brought it up was extremely elderly while the clerk behind was doing nothing but chewing on gum and doing something with tester units far younger and far more energetic in the meantime there were eight other people that had lined up asking for items and had to yell to get her attention as well

Kohl's is my go to store for shopping clothing, shoes and gifts.
I always shop in the store. The quality and prices are very good -especially the sales. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. I'm grateful that the store is close to home.

Excellent place to get a great deal , if you’re in the mood to search. Sometimes, the stores I’ve been in were not very tidy, but I I do like a good deal!
