This is a clothing company I usually order from. So I was excited to be able to walk into a store. I did find a pair of pants. The store was clean, a decent selection. The dressing room attendant was very helpful. I went early in the day and they weren't really busy.

I’ve been shopping at this LOFT for ten years. Always a great experience. But when I see Cookie…it absolutely MAKES my day. She is fantastic and a truly lovely woman. The LOFT wouldn’t be the same without her caring personality and contagious smile.
