“Today was my first time shopping at WHBM, also my first time shopping for quality business clothing. I was promptly greeted by Karen who was an absolute doll! I had an idea of what I liked, but Karen was able to expand on what I was looking for and helped me find two outfits that were absolutely perfect! After today, I will gladly continue shopping at this store for years to come, from clothes for work but, also clothes for everyday.
I would also like to take the time to state that I went into the store dressed extremely casual, freshly washed and dried hair, and no make-up. Karen did not hesitate to help without a single judgement passed and I really appreciate this. I also have piercings and many tattoos but, she never assumed anything about me or my character based on my looks alone. I have shopped at other higher-end stores in this location and every single time I have been told, “Maybe a cardigan or long sleeves underneath to cover up those tattoos?” When trying on short sleeves or tanks. Karen actually picked pieces that complimented my tattoos and showed them.
Karen has no idea how much of an impact she has made on me today and I really look forward to working with her in the near future.”

The store was buzzing with activity, and I was really impressed with the cheerful attitudes of the Talbots employees while dealing with a collection of customers with highly varied requests.”

“This place is great if they have what you're looking for. Their inventory is a little limited, but I'd much rather check here first than go to some other hardware store. The prices here seem oddly lower than everywhere else. I bought 4.25 gallons of paint here for only twice what I paid for 1 gallon at ACE hardware store. My partner found a couple things that were also much cheaper, which made her immediately cancel her Amazon orders for those items haha. Would recommend, especially for if you're looking to paint your home.”

“I still love this place. I don't live in Loveland anymore, so I can't get by much. I find it funny how my luck runs there now, everything I like -all they have left is a small or extra small. Everything there is pretty pricy, as with most boutiques, so I have to be picky for that perfect piece. It's the thrill of the hunt though, right? ;-)”

The store was well organized in a way that made it easy to shop. Loved that it was easy to locate tall sizes as well. “This is a clothing company I usually order from. So I was excited to be able to walk into a store.
I did find a pair of pants. The store was clean, a decent selection. The dressing room attendant was very helpful. I went early in the day and they weren't really busy.”
“I've always been asked if I needed help when I've entered the store. They are friendly about accepting returns and are good about suggestion selling without pushing too hard. I've been a Chico's customer for years and will continue to shop here. The only reason I gave it a 4 is that there appears to be some type of small fee on top of the merchandise and tax cost.”

“I've been wearing bras for 50 years and have at times spent 8 hours trying things on just to go home empty handed and even on occasion have cried in the dressing room. I avoid bra shopping as long as I can...it's always been awful! Today I was helped in the Loveland store by a gal named Atlas that was AMAZING! She knows her stuff. Most pleasant experience bra shopping that I've ever had, thanks to her. She helped me pick a size (always a struggle) and ordered the bras to be delivered to my home. Told me she could help me with returns or exchanges if needed. I actually have HIGH HOPES of this order being great! THANK YOU ATLAS! This girl needs a raise!”
