About Murphy USA
Murphy USA is known for its great prices on cigarettes and diesel fuel. Customers appreciate the friendly and knowledgeable staff, particularly the manager, who goes above and beyond to assist, as seen when she helped a customer with a dead battery and phone. The store is noted for its cleanliness, especially the restrooms. However, some customers have voiced concerns about slow air pumps and unclear coffee pricing, with one customer feeling misled about the amount received for the price paid. Overall, Murphy USA offers a positive experience with helpful service, though some improvements could enhance customer satisfaction.
