Love this place great prices on cigarettes and always get my diesel here. Amanda and Stephanie love their jobs and it shows. So nice to talk to and knowledgeable. Above and beyond service. Also the cleanest has station bathroom I've ever seen!

Usually I don't have a problem here but today at 5pm the blond haired lady was very rude. I just wanted some smokes and I know I look young hence why I always have my id and I was letting the chick know I wanted Newports and the kind and before I could even finish saying the kind I wanted she interrupted me rudely saying I need you id. I already knew she would be needing it but then after I gave it to her she then had to ask me what kind after interrupting me and keep in mind with attitude the whole time. I was then trying to use a coupon on my phone and she let out a sigh and proceeded to tell me as long as it's quick because she has a line and needs to pee. I feel like this is very rude and unprofessional! I decided to not even use my coupon and leave and I will no longer be buying my stuff here when she is there ! I think someone needs to teach her customer service!
I understand having a hard day but no need to treat others like crap due to it !

If you don't carry ethanol-free fuel, don't advertise that you do. Some people drive over 45 minutes to get here.

I wish I could give the manager here more stars! She went above and beyond to help me yesterday. I was at Walmart before it opened, and my battery was dead, as was my phone. So I walked to Murphy's and explained my situation to the manager, and asked if I could use her phone to call AAA. She graciously allowed me to use her phone AND charge my phone there, AND told me I could stay in the store till they came as it was chilly outside. I can't thank her enough for helping me out!!!

While speaking to the clerk , a man came up from behind and yelled at me in my ear. I felt his breath. I defended my self with some choice words. I walked outside and took a picture of the guys plates. This entire time the employee is ignoring this man's hostile and uninvited contact. As I yelled at him , I can't hear, so he found it hilarious and invaded my space. My neck crawled with his breath. The worker didn't do anything but sell him cigarettes, and use sweet talk, seriously. I'm shaking and now afraid , put my coffee on the counter and this worker said. Just the coffee? Heck no. I left. I will never go back. The lay out is cramped, and unsafe.
Service is and has been overworked and underpaid for a long time. I was shaking for about a hour. The employee had every responsibility to handle her customer and at least acknowledge what happened. My business doesn't matter to this place. Neither does my safety. This afternoon was the last time ever stepping foot in this place.

Trying to find a restroom 10 minutes before they open and it's snowing and they just stare at me. Came back later. Cashier is severely rude with me and is the opposite of customer service. Was very upset with my experience. 4.20.24 very rude and unfriendly lady. Judgement and rudeness with all customers especially me and my friends with dreads. Bought coffee and gas. Won't be back.
