“Very knowledgeable about their birds and really serious about their health and wellbeing. My partner and I came to check them out as his family bird recently passed. We weren't local but he wanted to check it out and maybe hold a couple birds. The person that spoke with us knew each birds personality well and made sure both us and the birds were safe. We had a great time interacting with some of the smaller birds and she was able to have one of the Macaws out to play with some toys. Very fantastic location and highly recommend for anyone looking for a well cared for and socialized new friend.”

I recently had an issue with DoorDash not delivering my order and when I called, Trinity was apologetic (even though this was a DoorDash issue) and took the time to find a way for me to get my things.
