It's a decent place to live but you feel like you live far away from anything relevant. If you care about downtown Loveland and visit often, this won't apply to you but if you don't it isn't the best.

The staff here is so incredibly sweet. I just moved here from out of state and they have been so helpful with everything. Even our first night here there happened to be a bring your pets event and they out so much thought into it for everyone. We love it here!
