“The community is quiet, the residents are friendly, and the staff does everything they can to be helpful, kind, courteous, and respectful. Overall, there are very few issues, aside from the occasional things that are simply beyond anyone’s control and not the fault of any individual.

Compared to most apartment communities, you’re probably avoiding 80% of the common problems people typically experience. It’s also extremely pet-friendly, so don’t be shy about bringing your fur babies of any size. The maintenance team especially loves getting to know the community pets, and they’re always happy to stop and say hello.

For me, the positives far outweigh any negatives. If the biggest downside is that it’s a non-smoking property, that’s a trade-off I’d take all day long.”

“Rick deserves HUGE kudos for taking the time EVERY time to help out the residents at Waterford. I’ve been here about 9 years and he never fails to help when needed. We had a bit of a last minute problem at my apt the other day and he showed up immediately and did a great job as always. He’s the best!”

“I love living here! The community feels welcoming and the property is well cared for. The front office does a great job organizing events - I don’t always get to attend, but the ones I’ve joined have been fun and thoughtfully put together.

What really makes this place stand out is the maintenance team! They are incredibly responsive, kind, and knowledgeable. I’m especially grateful to Dan for showing up at 4 AM when a pipe burst, to Zack for driving in from out of town after hours to rescue me when I accidentally got locked out on my balcony (still makes me laugh!), and to Tristan for saving me when I was panicking over a spider in my car 😂

“I’ve lived at Lincoln Place Apartments for about five months, and the downtown Loveland location is one of its many great attribute's. The area offers so much convenience, with plenty of nearby amenities and attractions. I’ve also noticed an improvement in the maintenance service. Elizabeth, the manager, works hard to keep everything running smoothly and to respond to residents’ needs. Lincoln Place a great place to live, tha apartments are very spacious.”
