I am a current resident at Pinyon Pointe. I'm about to resign my lease for the 3rd year. For those people writing reviews that don't live here, you should review where you live, and leave the reviews here to those that live here.
This place is an awesome place to live. Management is incredible and the maintenance crew are very good at what they do. I have never had an issue that was not resolved in a timely manner. The property is always clean and the units themselves are very quiet. Pinion Pointe is a great place to live!

My fiancé & I have lived here for a few months and it has been wonderful. Our apartment is very modern and clean! Tyrus, the maintenance manager, is so friendly and every issue we have had (very minor stuff, blinds needing replaced, sink draining slowly, etc) has been fixed in a timely manner. Tyrus is the reason for this 5 star review! Although the apartment management has changed since we lived here, every interaction we have had with the new and the old was pleasant and helpful :). Also, because the apartments are very close to the river, there is a ton of cool wildlife we get to see! Toads, bunnies, prairie dogs, sparrows, and june bugs are just some of the colorful creatures we get to enjoy on a daily basis while we walk around the very well maintained grounds here.

Pinyon Point is a very nice property, and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful I really enjoy it here. The office staff is really friendly and nice, Liz was super helpful as well to help me setting up my account, she was very kind and knowledgeable making it easy for me to access my needs as a resident here at Pinyon Pointe! Greatly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience working with Liz at Pinyon Point. From the very first inquiry, she was professional, friendly, and attentive to my needs. I wanted to be as thorough as possible in my apartment search, and Liz was able to help with all of my questions concerns. She really took the time to pair me with the right apartment. Highly recommend!

Disorganized, Disrespectful Management – Be Cautious Before Signing
I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at Pinyon Point Apartments has been frustrating enough that I want to help others go in with eyes wide open. AND READ THE CONTRACT!!
When I moved in, I was told I’d receive two months free as part of a move-in special. That’s what was advertised on their website and discussed in person. Because I was rushing to move, I didn’t comb through the lease again — I trusted the information I was given. I later realized I’d only received one month, and when I brought it up to Matt in the office, he refused to honor the full promotion. He said it was in the lease — and that was that. No accountability, despite the misleading information.
Next, I disclosed my Emotional Support Animal (ESA) at lease signing and provided documentation shortly after move-in we are talking a less than a week. Still, I was charged a pet deposit. Once Winston was approved as an ESA, management refused to return the deposit, saying it would only be refunded at move-out — which violates Fair Housing guidelines. After many emails and combative exchanges, they finally applied the deposit to my rent — but only because I pushed for it.

This place is amazing!! I can’t believe we got so lucky in finding this property - it’s so close to everything, and close enough to I-25 if we’re wanting to head south! Matt Siegler is the BEST!! He has been helpful since day 1 and has always made sure to put his tenants first <3
