Equipment is always in great shape and the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. The local operator can address technical issues quickly and get customers on the road. The business is a father and son operation that treats customers like a friend, flexible and understanding of human and weather factors that impact need and use of the vehicle. Charges are clear and the check‑in process is clear. Safe Trip roadside assistance is available if needed. Many customers would gladly rent again, would give ten stars if they could and recommend this location for all moving needs. The experience is an exception to the usual costly and unpleasant rental experience.

My neighborhood U-Haul owner is the best! He's always so friendly and ready to help. He even helped load my supplies into my vehicle! I won't shop any other U-Haul.
