U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer provides a great and awesome experience with smooth and efficient procedures. Customer service is terrific, professional, and personable. The location has the perfect trailer needed, with excellent prices and perfect dimensions. Staff are kind, courteous, and helpful, hooking up and testing equipment. The experience is not stressful, with items well cared for. This location is highly recommended for reservations, pickup, return, and local moves.
Truck and trailer was ready on arrival. Answered all of my questions. Even gave us some advice when driving the truck.

I decided last minute to rent a truck. I walked in and was taken care of immediately! They had plenty of trucks and trailers available. My only negative is that you can't turn left going out of the location

Very friendly and easy truck pickup service. However, in 2025, it’s ridiculous that U-Haul does not have ***cruise control*** on its newer trucks. I’ve done two long haul moves in the last 6 months and neither truck had this feature that’s in most vehicles today. Ridiculous.
