going in person usually isn't an issue for me, but good lord their ATM is down about half the time. I wait tables and frequently need to deposit my cash for bills, and going in person to deposit cash isn't always feasible if i need to deposit my cash on a sunday or in the evening when i'm not at work.

I've been banking here for many, many years. I don't go in that often, but everytime I do, the service is great. The location is very convenient for ATM use also.
