Amazing pharmacists and staff who go above and beyond to provide excellent service. They are always friendly, and even though they are very busy, they never make you feel rushed.

The pharmacy is usually okay, but not much better than that. Drive-through pickup can get really backed up some days. The retail store is hit and miss. They don't always have what I want and what can be found easily online when it comes to health-related OTC stuff. Too often there is little or no cashier help too.

I’m happy to report that even though they seem to be very busy (i.e. some of the negative experiences reported lack context), the customer service at the pharmacy has been kinder in the last couple of months.
