“I have been very pleased with Walgreens at 205 Eisenhower in Loveland. They do seem to know their clients and try very hard to meet their needs. I can't say this is true for all the Walgreens but I do understand that since Covid there have been staffing issues so truly I have to say kudos to everyone as these are very trying times and many times we are harsh and critical of people providing services for us. They have a full array of vaccines available to administer. If you are a plus member you have numerous generics which are deeply discounted and sometimes free for a 30 day supply. It doesn't stop at price. They deliver for free.”

“I wanted to give a specific shout out to Tory! We were having an issue getting my script transferred from mail order to her retail location and it was taking WAY TOO LONG. They happened to have a medication that I could not find anywhere else. Tory did not just blow me off or give up, she found out that somehow CVS had two profiles for me and one had the incorrect phone number. THAT is the one the script was transferred to. Thank you so much Tory! CVS - this person deserves a RAISE 👏”
“I’ve always had great experiences here! The staff are professional, wait times are usually short (even a long line moves quickly and the staff step in to help each other), and the communication is good when meds are out of stock or they only have enough for a partial fill (this rarely happens).”
“Less selection than Costco but it's close and has cheaper gas than Costco. And the deli is not a good as Costco's except Sam's has a much better soda fountain selection.”

“I stopped in to do my grocery shopping on Saturday 9/30 in the evening around 6pm and went through the self checkout as usual. I couldn't help but notice an employee that was running around the entire front end. She was helping and attending to everyone so quickly with so much kindness. I couldn't keep track of how many patrons she helped just in the time I was checking out myself. As I was finishing up and paying she asked a woman for her ID so she could check her out for wine (I'm sure her job by law). The woman was visibly older and began yelling at the employee and being outwardly rude and disrespectful to the employee who had her hands tied on the situation. The employee did an INCREDIBLE job handling the situation with grace and kindness, she handled herself perfectly and was the best example of customer service I have seen in a very long time. I glanced at her name tag as I left because she deserves praise. Someone give Megan from King Soopers on Eagle Dr a RAISE”
