“Good Day Pharmacy has been our family's go-to for more than a decade now. The staff is always pleasant (yes, even on the phone!) and unfailingly helpful. We look forward to our delivery driver Chuck's hearty welcome and are grateful for this service! Recently the Loveland staff worked with us to help all of our meds refill at the same time. WOW! We have the right meds on hand without any time lag. It is so much easier to keep track of things now.”

“We have been coming here for years. However, the parking spaces keep getting smaller and smaller. As well as changing our go to things and not stocking them anymore even though I know they were high sellers in store. They really need to fix it, it is beyond inconvenient. I would rather make the drive to Costco for an actual grocery trip, Sam's for a single item or two.”

“I called and spoke to Nicole about getting a COVID vaccine, she was so kind and helpful, while I spent hours on hold with other pharmacies trying to get information, it was so nice to talk to a live person, and one who actually answered my questions. Thank you Good Day for reminding me why you guys are the best.”

“I wanted to give a specific shout out to Tory! We were having an issue getting my script transferred from mail order to her retail location and it was taking WAY TOO LONG. They happened to have a medication that I could not find anywhere else. Tory did not just blow me off or give up, she found out that somehow CVS had two profiles for me and one had the incorrect phone number. THAT is the one the script was transferred to. Thank you so much Tory! CVS - this person deserves a RAISE 👏”

“I’ve always had great experiences here! The staff are professional, wait times are usually short (even a long line moves quickly and the staff step in to help each other), and the communication is good when meds are out of stock or they only have enough for a partial fill (this rarely happens).”

“I stopped in to do my grocery shopping on Saturday 9/30 in the evening around 6pm and went through the self checkout as usual. I couldn't help but notice an employee that was running around the entire front end. She was helping and attending to everyone so quickly with so much kindness. I couldn't keep track of how many patrons she helped just in the time I was checking out myself. As I was finishing up and paying she asked a woman for her ID so she could check her out for wine (I'm sure her job by law). The woman was visibly older and began yelling at the employee and being outwardly rude and disrespectful to the employee who had her hands tied on the situation. The employee did an INCREDIBLE job handling the situation with grace and kindness, she handled herself perfectly and was the best example of customer service I have seen in a very long time. I glanced at her name tag as I left because she deserves praise. Someone give Megan from King Soopers on Eagle Dr a RAISE”
