“I was mailing an important document, and used priority mail and wanted a signature on the other end to make sure that the document made it safely to my daughter. Things got messed up on her end and I had misplaced the receipt showing the tracking number. J (one of the amazing employees at our small Mancos Post Office), was like a professional detective. She spent excessive time with me and we were able to track it down on our end here in CO, figure out where it was in CA, and had a great outcome. I am so grateful for our little post office where people are friends and truly care about their neighbors!!! J definitely went the extra step(s) for me and for our family!”
