“I recently visited the Ruxton's Trading Post, and it was a delightful experience. The authenticity of the items showcased was truly impressive, reflecting a deep appreciation for Western and Native American history. The owners, Gretchen and Mike Graham, knowledge and passion added to the charm, making it a must-visit for anyone interested in unique and well-preserved artifacts. The store's ambiance evokes a nostalgic feel, and the carefully curated collection deserves nothing less than five stars.”

“My husband and I stopped in today and were so impressed with both the items and the friendly staff/vendors. We travel all over the country and have shopped at dozens of antique stores and this place by far had the best customer service. We will definitely be back every time we are in the area.”

“I've been in the store many times but have never purchased there. They have some nice things but not a huge variety and I feel they're a little over priced. That said, I have more formal and European taste. I didn't find much that was baroque or rococo. Most places carry what's popular. This place is the same. I want unique well made furniture not what's popular. As far as the staff goes, I've found it's a mixture of aloof and friendly. It depends who's there. One would think, if you're spending money, everyone there would be skippy happy friendly and ready to assist you. Service is dead as the Dodo in the US.”

“The Rustic Roost is a "treasure hunters" delight! There are over 80 vendors to peruse offering antiques, furniture, home goods, tools, jewelry, clothing, and so much more. With so many delightful finds, leaving the store empty handed is usually not an option. This store is a great little gem in the "heart of the Springs" on Palmer Park Boulevard. I especially love that they are now open every day!”
