“When the owner of a business is so passionate about their store, it's usually reflected it in the way the store is being operated and that includes its employees. Bud (as far as I can recollect his name correctly) who was there to assist us when we casually stopped by it and were shopping was one of the examples. He took the time to carry on a very extensive conversation with us telling us (first of all) about the owner who also runs a coffee/bookstore on Broadway near downtown Denver on top of this store. He then went on to explain to us (second of all) that this soap bar shop does not like to stack up bars after bars of soaps to look like one of the giant/chain shops. It's true; the lay-out of the store (how the products are displayed throughout) is/was modest in a very good way but still entertains shoppers' eyes and tickles their curiosity. It was so hard not to pick up each bar of soap to smell it. I was amazed with the unique scents that I have never heard of before; one of them was wakame, the seaweed! Wakame simply doesn't exist in a bowl of miso soup, I guess not?! What a gem we discovered (lucky us!( If you are into uniquely hand-crafted soap bars, come check this store out. It's a bit drive from Denver but as cute and artsy as the town of Manitou Springs can get, this store is one of the best the town can offer; it's worth the time and drive!”
“I just love the people, they have a large range of items including incense and tapestries. Their prices are low and their stock is always sufficient. Their is a Tranquil smell when you come in. It's my favorite place to come to.”
“Honestly this is the best vape shop in town. They have wide variety of products almost like a candy shop. The place is clean, each of the employees there are nice, helpful, knowledgeable people that try to help and make your experience great with their positive customers service . The owner is great, he truly cares about his business, employees, and customers etc… He is very knowledgeable, professional and genuine by his caring attitude. So if you ever drive by this shop. I've been to a few shops in the springs and a few of them have been Absolutely terrible (one that sells to minors) however, Sams smoke shop asks for an ID on every purchase so they are definitely Legit! If you're looking for an awesome place to get some awesome stuff, definitely come here.”

He’s extremely helpful when looking for a vape, disposable or not, juices, etc. I’ve been going there for a bit now but he knows I’m a drive up order and has remembered my order, and will even gather what’s needed and come out if he sees me pull in. His customer service is on point and will be staying with this shop!”

“The lady working today 12/17 at around 12:30 was super knowledgeable and helpful. Most vape stores expect you to know what you want and get annoyed when you ask a lot of questions. When you're going from smoking to vaping it is CONFUSING AF, ha. She explained like 4 different types of vapes to me and even took them out of the box so I could see them. Sold me one that fits my needs, loaded it up with juice for me and signed me up for rewards. Walked out the door with exactly what I wanted for less than $40. Highly recommend.”
