“For your information!! The lobby is closed. The sign at the door said, "LOBBY IS TEMPORARILLY CLOSED. Our Drive-Thru will remain open." It also said that you need to call them to schedule an appointment if you need access to their lobby.The picture is the screenshot of the top of bbvausa.com . “I had the unfortunate experience of being scammed by someone impersonating my bank (not bank of Colorado) and since I also have bank of Colorado accounts I went into the branch to discuss any risks to those accounts and my identity and what I could do about it. I was so fortunate to work with Allie at this branch. She got to work quickly getting info on how to protect my account (which thankfully Bank of Colorado has a program to monitor my accounts, ss# etc) got me set up with new accounts and was so pleasant helping me turn this situation around.
