“Absolutely saved us! In Vail for a surgery and needed our sprinter van to transport the patient twice a day for a week. Another mechanic back in New Mexico had over filled our engine oil and on route to Vail it heated, expanded, and bled over to the exhaust system which caused our DEF critical engine shut down count to start. That would have created a serious issue for the patients care. All the shops were backed up for weeks including Ascent. However, Chris understood the critical situation we were in and gave us an emergency appointment. He figured out what was wrong, and fixed it. The charge was nominal. They are so honest and skilled at what they do. We really appreciate all the help we receive from Ascent Automotive!”

“Excellent all makes and models shop - great work, knowledgeable technicians, very reasonable prices, and speedy service. My Jaguar XJ developed a coolant leak while vacationing in Eagle County, and I needed to get it fixed to drive home. I talked to Vail Auto Repair when they opened Monday morning, and they demonstrated a high level of knowledge and familiarity with Jaguar Land Rover cooling systems. They got my car in the service bay right away, had the issue diagnosed and the parts ordered within a day, and had everything complete, tested and ready to go by Friday morning. This was perfect timing for me to get back on the road. During my week in Eagle County I heard from several other folks who had great experiences bringing American and European cars to Vail Auto Repair, and found out they handled the maintenance on our hotel's courtesy vehicles. Such a good feeling to find a great repair shop in a place I visit as often as I can.”

“Bryan worked hard and efficiently to get my mini van cleaned up. I had purchased it from a family with four young children, so I'll let you imagine what it looked liked on the inside. The father would also use it for occasional handyman work, so on top of Kool-Aid, apple sauce, and melted candy stains, the van also was very filthy with grease and dirt. Bryan came to my location and cranked it out in less than half a day. Other shops required me to drop the van off and leave it over night (at a higher cost), so having him do this was very convenient! the van was left immaculate, almost looking and smelling brand new from the inside... one month later the engine blew, so at least the van died clean... Moral of the story, call Bryan for a quality service that's relatively quick.”
