They recognize and greet you by name when you come in....they work to answer any questions that you have and sincerely try to make things right if there is any kind of concern, and above all they do this while being absolutely professional. They have all of the modern conveniences but still do business the way banks used to.....remember???? Back when you were a person and not just a revenue stream?? Five stars for sure!”

“Home Loan State Bank has been our only bank since we moved to CO. We love the ladies there, they are so helpful and friendly. Quickly learn your name and are genuinely interested in your life. The staff change has been hard on everyone but that is no reason to get upset, we all learn as we go. If you don't get along with these amazing people take a look in the mirror, you may be the problem! You receive what you give so give a smile, being a teller is not an easy job!! “Casey was horrible and needs training in customer service!!! Cassie and Ashley saved the day! I was about to lose my mind after being on the phone for an hour and a half with Wells Fargo then told I had to go branch. When I got to the branch Casey not only told me he couldn't help me, the tellers would not have time to help me because they were too busy and if I wanted an appointment it would be 2 days. He started raising his voice at me, not cool.I turned to walk out the door, Cassie chased me down and helped to solve my deposit nightmare. She took great care of me and passed me off to Ashley. All was handled, and for that I am grateful. It just takes a little kindness and time to go the extra mile.”

“Such a refreshing change to walk into a bank and be greeted by employees happy and willing to help. We all agree banking isn't exactly a chore we look forward to, but when it means visiting the Bank of the West on Townsend, well that chore now feels like you just caught up with old friends! Needed notary services today and Donna helped us get it done....cheerfully and expeditiously...she even had to run home (a block away) to grab her notary stamp...she's leaving the bank to pursue other dreams and had already packed her supplies and took them home. We were grateful, she was terrific and we will miss her. Bank here if you have a choice. Great location, plenty of parking and fantastic service!”
