Timberline is an amazing bank. Even though they’re a local bank (3 locations) they offer the amenities and convenience of a larger institution while still providing the personal customer service and care you’d expect from a small-town bank. I highly recommend them, especially if you’re looking for a team that takes the time to help you feel comfortable and informed throughout the process.

“I've had bank accounts at a lot of large banks. I wanted a local, more convenient bank. I had my debit card compromised and the folks at this bank printed a new one in 10 minutes. Days later I'm traveling and a 3rd party shuts my card down. A Montrose Home Loan employee alerts me to this and helps me resolve the issue after her work shift! Who, in this day and age, has this work ethic? Needless to say, I will stay with this bank.”

“I consider myself very lucky that around 3-4 years ago I decided to wank into Community Banks of Colorado Montrose branch and open a checking account. The tellers all know my name and we share stories of our kids and grand kids as if we were at a family gathering. Now let me point our that if I have over $100.00 in my account, it is a good day for me. So our friendships are NOT due to me being anything more than a common man.
If I ever have a problem with my account, I get a pleasant call to let me know etc.
It is a great place to bank!”
