Big 5 Sporting Goods offers a mixed bag of sporting goods, from fishing gear to weights, shoes, and kayaks. Reviews note a mixed bag of customer service experiences, ranging from top level and wonderful service where staff go the extra mile, to more hands-off assistance. The store provides military discounts and often has reasonably priced items and great deals. While the selection can seem disconnected, they frequently have what customers are looking for.
Came in August and got a whole bunch of stuff that we discounted, which was terrific.
