“I absolutely love Scott fly rods - the Scott Meridian is by far the best bonefish rod I've used and the (now discontinued) S4S is also a terrific rod. The customer service is also superb - speedy, gracious and efficient. Lois is a delight. Writing as a Scotsman, my only complaint is that Scott is an American company and not Scottish!!?”

“Throughout my life, I’ve always been incredibly indecisive about firearms, and I never really had any interest in buying one. However, I also recognize the importance of my safety as a women. When I walked into the store, I expected to feel uncomfortable, scared, and a bit foolish, considering I knew nothing about what I was talking about or what I was looking for. I was completely clueless. Hannah greeted me with a warm smile and a sense of complete comfort. She patiently helped me find the perfect firearm for me, ensuring I was satisfied with my purchase without rushing me in any way. She also introduced me to their firearm service plan, which was a great deal. I recently returned for my first cleaning and was once again greeted with such kindness by Hannah. They have definitely earned my lifetime of business. I don’t think I could find this level of customer service and personalization anywhere else!”
