“Fantastic customer service! My flight had been cancelled and I had to totally change airlines, causing me to arrive later. So, I figured I had to reserve with a different rental company since the hours said they'd be closed. But to my surprise Libby calls while I'm traveling - catching me off guard and confused at first since I don't ever expect follow-up like this. She asks if my flight had changed since she saw the cancellation of my earlier flight. Note I'd never contacted them about this - very proactive! So I confirm with Libby, she stays later just for me (something like 5 hours after my original reservation and about that many after they technically are closed, through several flight delays - and I confirmed I was the only one she was waiting for), and on top of that I get a vehicle better than what I had originally reserved. Just totally unexpected and above and beyond - this branch is doing it right. And the other place I reserved for the later time? Never heard from them. If you're flying into Montrose Airport, book here and you'll be taken care of!”

“Je remercie chaleureusement Yury pour son implication, efficacité et professionnalisme alors que notre problème de vehicule ne concernait pas cette agence Alamo mais celle de Aspen qui n'ont fait aucun effort pour tout. Il a vite compris la problématique et avait mémorisé que nous l'avions appelé la veille. Le véhicule était prêt le lendemain à l'heure à laquelle il nous avait dit de passer pour trouver une solution. Nous étions tellement contents!Ce garçon a sauvé notre Road Trip en nous restitutiant non seulement un SUV mais avec 4 roues motrices en bonus.Merci Yury nous avons pensé à vous quand nous étions dans des endroits assez périlleux comme celle de la photo où nous étions en bas d'un canyon ?”

“Casey from across the street location helped us get on our way when we got there at closing time due to sitting in the road for an hour and a half from construction nearby. She patiently waited for us, and actually had the exact vehicle I wanted but unfortunately the seat broke while cleaning it so she had a backup for us and she was in such good spirits the whole time, she even brought us out ice cold water while packing the car because it was a hot day. Definitely recommend this location and talking to Casey!”

“Friendly and helpful staff. AAA made my reservation during a Managers Special which saved me about $800 since I was going to be in Colorado about 3 weeks. In this special you do do not pick your vehicle. I assume you get what is available. I was assigned a Toyota Tacoma 4 door at the desk. Enjoyed it very much. There is a gas station right beside the airport for refueling before turn in.”

“I had a joyful experience using Avis in Montrose, Libby, Kim and Anna were amazing and super professional never in my entire life renting from Avis have I ever had such a joy talking to the ladies there. Or the level of professionalism and customer service that they have. they should be given raises (I know my two cents isn’t gonna do anything.) I can’t believe what they have to go through on a daily basis with some customers the amount of disrespect they get but all in all they were amazing the one concern I had they were able to clear it up real quick, and they were able to give me corporate number if I had any concerns or problems. 10 out of 10 make sure you ask for Libby, Kim or Anna to get the best experience out of Avis. They shuffled some things around and got us a lifted Jeep Rubi so we could make a day of hiking in Ouray followed by the trek back along Imogene Pass to Telluride.
