“I have stayed here one other time and plan on staying again soon, and it’s one of my favorite places to stay while traveling. I drove an extra hour just to get away from the hustle and muscle Grand Junction and to stay in a place that has really comfortable beds and don’t have to worry about noisy people above me. The staff is so friendly, including their little dog Monte.
While the breakfast may be light, the little snacks, excellent coffee, and friendly hospitality are priceless in my opinion! I am looking forward to my next stay here and I’m so grateful to have had a clean and comfortable place to stay while traveling!”

“AMAZING! Ok I will start off by saying I have very high standards when it comes to the cleanliness of hotels, rentals, ect. This was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at in a long time. It actually smelt fresh and clean. And not like cleaning chemicals, like laundry fresh. The room was cute and cozy. Having an outside door was very convenient for letting a dog outside.

I also love the idea that it is ran by a local family and not a big chain. The owners son checked us in and he was so friendly, you could see the pride he had in his family’s hotel. If we are in the area, we will definitely be staying here again!”

“Difficult to find the entrance but once there, definitely the Hilton experience you expect. Rooms are immaculate and comfortable and if I could have gotten away with it, I would have taken the pillow with me! Most comfortable pillow I've EVER had at any hotel - chain or otherwise.

Breakfast Included and was filling. I appreciate a week thought out and decent hot breakfast with protein as well as carb options.”

“Clean motel located on the east side of downtown Montrose, CO. Reasonable priced, room was clean and staff were very courteous. I would consider staying here again if in the area. Nice location to base from if exploring Ridgway, or Gunnison.”

“For us it was a great stay I stood here with my wife and my daughters can't complain no it's not the newest hotel but they took care of us and my personal experience I have zero complaints I asked for extra blankets I asked for extra towels and they were brought within 5 minutes everyone was friendly we did eat the grab and go complimentary breakfast and honestly could not try to make something up to say something bad.. this place was perfect for what we needed we stood here two nights slept comfy the beds were great.. it is an older hotel but the Vibes are good at least this was for us in our experience!”

“Quality Inn and Suites is amazing. Sakib, helped us after dealing with a debacle with Best Western and was absolutely phenomenal. His customer service skills are spectacular. The room was wonderful. We were in a dog friendly room with the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in while traveling. Their breakfast was on point in the morning. They had a lot to choose from. We will come back to Quality Inn and Suites when in Montrose for business. Quality Inn and Suites is doing it right. This is by far one of the best experiences we have had while traveling. 20 out of 20 stars!!! Best place ever!!!”

“I needed a room at the last minute after a long day of hiking and being too tired to look for a campsite. All I wanted was a room with working AC and a TV. Unfortunately, the AC wasn't cooling and the TV wouldn't turn on in the room I was initially given.

Anthony, who I believe was the maintenance technician on site, went above and beyond to make sure I had both. He worked to resolve the issues and ultimately moved me to another room when needed. I really appreciated his willingness to accommodate my stay and make sure I was comfortable.

I also appreciated that my AAA discount was accepted, helping make an unexpected stay a little more affordable. While there were some issues with the first room, the customer service made a positive impression. Under these circumstances, I would stay here again if needed.
