“Harlie was very helpful and understanding with our need to get a bed for my husband whom is a Veteran and is terminal. She gave us options that fit our budget and the quickness of needing a bed that would be delivered they day he's to be released from the hospital. Mike was very nice and helped explain features for the items as well. Thank you so much to both of them and I wi definitely recommend them and the store to anyone that is in need of items.”

“My experience with The Sleep Factory was phenomenal! Gary was extremely informative and friendly, and was a huge help start to finish while I searched for a new pillow. If you are in need of a mattress or pillow, The Sleep Factory is some of the best customer service I’ve ever had, hands down. I highly recommend it!”
