Very professional experience. I am a hard draw and she was able to hit my vein right away. That is always great! And she always gets it the first time.

The technician is skilled, has been doing this a long time and is successful first time every time.
When I go to the hospital it seems they always have someone in training who double, or triple pokes me to get blood.
I definitely prefer quest.
