I love this place! Easy to schedule and no wait time! Nikki is obviously incredibly good at what she does. It was painless, efficient, and I felt well taken care of. My veins are usually not very cooperative and I gave her my hardest arm to work with. It took her no time to find something and she was in and out. I wish I could have her follow me whenever I need my blood drawn. I will always go here when I can!

This office with its lab is amazing! Without question, it is the best medical facility in Montrose. The staff is professional –knowledgeable and courteous. My doctor sends me here for all of my lab tests. I have never had a problem.Now, if you do not make an appointment you may have to wait your turn. Since I always make an appointment, I get in and get out faster than standing in line at the grocery store. This place is a gem and Nikki, who runs the place, is an angel.Too much of daily life is a hassle. For that reason I am writing this review. This place is just the opposite. It's actually a pleasant experience. I know, you must think I'm crazy to say that. Well, it's true. Next time your doctor wants any kind of lab test, specify that you want to go to Quest. If you go to those other places and it takes forever and you end up leaving in a bad mood, it's your own fault. You should have gone to Quest.

Drove from GJ due to the terrible reviews at the GJ Quest. Nikki was prompt, professional, and friendly. Definitely worth the drive. Highly recommend!!!

I am so grateful to have Quest Diagnostics as an alternative to the Montrose hospital lab. The phlebotomist, Nikki, was kind, professional and very patient with the diversity of clients I watched her encounter while I was waiting for paperwork to be faxed from my doctor's office. Quest Diagnostics, and Montrose, are both lucky to have Nikki!

Too bad that we have to even give a one-star review. Employee was 15 minutes late arriving and this wasn't the first time. The lady was very grouchy and unprofessional. Not the same professionalism like they are in Denver. If they are going to deal with customers maybe they should be required to take a class and how to be a better employee or get another job. I can say won't be going about again to be treated like trash.

Nikki was so great!!. Very affable, caring and excellent at what she does. We don’t understand how she could get anything other than rave reviews. The whole experience was refreshing.

Went to the Montrose CO Quest Diagnostic office for a blood test on 11/15/22. The office was supposed to be open at 7:30 but the technician was late. When she got there, had an attitude for whatever reason, was very rude. Said I needed an appointment and couldn’t be seen until 11:00. There was nobody in the office. All I needed was a simple blood draw after fasting. Certainly didn’t expect the treatment I got from a trained technician. Very unprofessional.

Needed a drug test for new employment. Very difficult for me to take an afternoon off to get to Montrose. Because it took 5 days for my test to get from Quest to the actual lab, my results were invalid and I have to go back to do another one. I do not have faith in this company to say the very least.

Their posted hours on Google Maps and the Quest website do not match their posted hours on the door. So I lost my lunch hour because of it.

I like that I don’t have to go to the hospital to have lab work done. Quest Diagnostics is always clean, convenient and Nikki is friendly and very professional!

Tech is friendly . I'm a hard stick. She sticks me the first time every time. Very good at her job!!!
