“Awesome ladies, had an outstanding balance we took care of before getting there and when we got there it said it was over due even though we had the receipt, the lady’s directed us on who to call and waited patiently while we sat on the phone waiting 20 minutes for someone to answer, good thing is there was a little old doggo there that was sitting in our laps the whole time we were waiting, 10 minutes after U-Haul finally answered and cleared it we were out the door and on our way to moving, thank you guys for being awesome and having the cutest dog around!!”
“I had an absolutely spectacular experience with this U-Haul office. Previously, I have had terrible experiences with U-Haul, and was distressed to plan my most recent move, with them being the only available option. The owner of this location was extremely friendly and available when we arrived.
Through our own mistake, we reserved a smaller truck than what we needed and didn't realize until we had finished the remote check in process. David was able to upgrade us to a much larger truck, and included a furniture dolly, which ended up being instrumental for some of our bigger pieces.
The location could not be more convenient for trying to navigate such a large vehicle, as the gravel lot for the trucks has a stop light just outside o the entrance, allowing you to make protected turns as you get going on your move.”
