“I had an old lawnmower that broke while mowing our tall grass. I went to this store to buy a new lawnmower that was not in this store's stock. The Monument store manager introduced herself and was very friendly. She went way out of her way to help me by writing up a purchase order for a free delivery to the store at a later date,
She helped me log into my Tractor Supply account to help me get a military discount. Almost done, another store employee was checking online and said there was the lawnmower I wanted at the Woodland Park location. He even called the Woodland Park store to verify with that store's manager. I needed the lawnmower bad so I decided to go to the Woodland Park store to get the available lawnmower.
The Monument store manager was so nice throughout this entire experience even though I canceled my order through their store. What a great team at Monument Tractor Supply. Highly recommend buying your stuff through this store, I had a great experience.”

“I wanted to take a minute and thank Joe, Mollie and team for delivering an unbelievable customer experience for my wife and me. We purchased a Cub Cadet riding lawn mower for our yard at our new home, we needed it to prepare for a party that we were going to be hosting. The delivery got pushed a couple times and on the day that we were officially supposed to be delivered. Unfortunately, the flatbed couldn't make it through the tight roads to our home, I called in and spoke to Joe, and he immediately went to work. And made some things happen to get us our delivery that day. Unfortunately upon arrival, our new riding mower would not start. This was no fault of the store. However, a fault of the instructions. The very next morning, I called and got Mollie, after a brief explanation of our challenge, she immediately jumped on the job and attempted to help us troubleshoot. When all trouble shooting methods failed, she had a brand new cup cadet, sent to us, one that they had tested in the store to make sure that it started. I want to give special thanks to both of them and the team of gentlemen that delivered our mowers, and thank them for their efforts.

Side note, if you purchase a cup cadet, riding lawn mower, one of the missing steps in the instruction manual is that you must apply pressure to the brake in order for the engine to start.”
