“I have had a lot of great experiences. So, I don't want to be that guy and give them a 1 star because of one bad experience. There are lots of helpful people there and they honor Veterans. Today though, I was a little disappointed. My daughter used my truck to pick up a piece of plywood. She is a Senior in High-school. They were nice enough to put the wood in the back but when asked if it would be fine just propped up against the side of the bed without any straps etc. they said yes. Going down the street at 20 miles per hour is flew out. I should have gone with her in the first place. But I went back with her to get it off the street. At this point, maybe 15 minutes later it was gone. I told her to go back with her receipt and explain what had happened and they told her it was her fault. Maybe not so much a reflection on this store but on the world we live in. I was taught to treat women with respect and be courteous. O well, I guess to some people this is progress. For now on I will make sure I am with her and not depend on the kindness of strangers.”
“Went in for a bord to fix a dollhouse for my daughter. They had it in stock and actually cut it down for me in the store. Lots of parts to fix any project in the house.”
“The staff went above and beyond to help me with a big purchase of mulch and sand bags today. Lauren and Anthony helped me load everything inside the garden center, waited with me to help me out to my truck after they saw that I had my newborn baby with me. I so appreciate this service and their kindness.”

“Came in to this location 30 mins prior to closing in a rush to get some supplies for the following morning. They did not carry what I was looking for, and I was not hopeful to find any employee’s this late that could help find a replacement. From across the aisle I get a “need something”and a smiling face. Along walks Maggie, extremely knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and was able to walk me through finding not only an alternative, but supporting products. Life saver, many many thank yous. Lowe’s give this young lady a raise”

“I love leaving reviews for employees that deserve it. Mario was so sweet. He smiled from the moment i walked in to the moment I walked out. I even heard the couple he was helping as i walked in ask for his name as well. Its people like this who you need in your company and who also need a raise.
Side note not related to Mario...this Home depot location needs a plant clearance section so I can bring some of those dead plants in there back to life.”
“There's a reason I keep coming back to this store - aside from proper organization and cleanliness, it's the amazing staff here that goes above and beyond for their customers. They don't just treat you as a customer, they treat you like a human, and that's so important, especially for a disabled person like myself. I needed help purchasing and loading up a pre-built grill into my SUV, and couldn't do it alone. Between Jay and Elane helping facilitate the purchase, Scott giving us a ton of information, and Mark helping to take off the side wings/loading into the car, this purchase was extremely smooth! I truly appreciate them for all of their amazing help, bright smiles, and attention to detail. Thank you!”
