Brandy, Erina and Aileen were very friendly and very helpful to go above and beyond with an outstanding customer services provided to me. They assisted me with downloading documents and created binders for me which is a very important project to work on. They provided a fast and efficient services that made me feel very special. Thank you all for your best customer services and I would definitely come back and I highly recommend to friends about their services. Bravo!!!

We came into the store right before closing needing to ship 2 suites and had no clue how to box them up. The 2 gentleman (I know one or them was named Jim) were so incredibly helpful. They helped us neatly fold the suites so they wouldn’t get wrinkled and boxed them up for us. Good customer service is hard to find these days, and these 2 knocked it out of the park!

Twice now, I've asked for my Nespresso packages to be delivered to the Monument UPS Store off of 105. And twice, the store/access point has rejected accepting the package(s) with no explanation, e.g. making us wait or research where our package(s) have been sent. Eventually, we find/get them at the UPS Store, but about a week late(r). If the store isn't able to accept packages, then maybe they should hire a couple more people to help?? When I went to the store to inquire, they just gace me a phone number for the UPS Local Hub without saying it was them who rejected our package delivery.
Another thing, the UPS Tracker only tells me that it is delayed and or they can't find the delivery location for thr UPS Store. We decided to have it delivered and picked up at the UPS Store because our first shipment was stolen from our porch within 30 mins of delivery and or not left by UPS. I hate complaining, but I've been in thr Monument UPS Store multiple times and the most customers I've seen at the holidays is 3 and me. So, how busy are they that they reject packages? If they don't want to accept packages like this, then they should just tell the receiver.

I had a package that was for usps. I have brought these kind of packages to every other ups location and they send it off because they said ups can send usps return packages. The older man working at this location refused to do it. He seemed like he had not been trained to do that.

Warning to all. I used these people to ship a package the size of an envelope overnight to Crested Butte Colorado and paid $102 to get it there. The package was sent to Kentucky by UPS and didn't arrive for 2 days as a result. I called UPS and they confirmed I am due at least a partial refund but i must go through the Monument UPS store. The Monument UPS store blamed it on a weather delay and refused a refund of any kind when UPS says i am due a redund. I am stuck in the middle and lost $102 beause of the dishonest business practices of this place. My overnight package took 2 days, not overnight. I asked simply for a fair middle ground and to refund me just the difference of 2 day vs overnight and they refused, all when UPS says I am due a refund. This is more about the principal, not the money. This is dishonest. I will never use them again. Update: UPS told me to call corporate offices for the UPS Store franchise and they immediately apologized and refunded me about $70 for the difference between overnight and 2 day. They said the Monument store should have done this. In my opinion, this is theft. Guess it helps to go above the owner of this store.
