“I'm a new Wells Fargo customer and I have to say the customer service at this particular location is spot on! I've been in a few times because I wasn't able to deposit my check via the app, and both times, the employees were absolutely amazing. Very friendly, walked me through the steps of making deposits at their location and also showed me cool features on my phone via the app. I've had experiences with other banks where the tellers seem to hate their job and customer service is the last thing on their mind. I always appreciative especially when the "young" employees aren't rushing me and always willing to be helpful. Thanks ladies! Keep up the excellent work. Given its placement, people tend not to understand how to get to it 50% of the time and the past owners and employees weren't always that kind. The current employees are great, they actually remember you and never miss their chance to say thank you. If you frequent the establishment enough, you'll find they always have what you're coming in for.”
