I waited for a specialist from 6:10 AM to 6:40 AM, despite having a rental booking for 6:00 AM—no one approached me. Everyone completely ignored me! The service was terrible.

Well organized rentals through Home Depot. Penske always has newer/nicer trucks than Uhaul and at the same (or better) rates. I've always had good experiences using Penske trucks for moving.
