“Advantage was my 7th call to try and find a location that would accommodate my needs for our very difficult move. The manager was so nice and helpful right out of the gate. Didn’t even flinch when I asked to leave a 28’ trailer there for a couple days (the thing 6 others would not do) so it was an easy call to give him my business. Highly recommend this company.”

“After reading this review some people will think that I was put up to this. I literally can not put into words how good their customer service is. In a day where most other companies treat you like they're doing you a favor, I literally left there with a smile on my face and a renewed faith in people. I couldn't believe after dealing with Representatives of other companies, post covid, that there was where's some folks out there that legitimately still cared. You can tell good people at the core, for those who know what I'm talking about. This was my first time in the store and they had to deal with me over a course of 5 days and I will advise anybody I know, looking to rent anything, to check with them first. If you don't believe me stop by there and check it out yourself. I don't know them on any personal level whatsoever but sometimes, once in a great while, you know good people when you do business with them or even talk to them.

“Got a hitch installed on my Forester here. The manager and hitch pro in this shop were fantastic. Special shout out to the hitch pro (who's name I didn't catch, but he's a tall younger guy with glasses) he went above and beyond in helping me make sure everything was good with installation. You can tell he really knows his stuff and takes a lot of pride in his work.”

“Esa- the assistant manager is beyond amazing. Had to get a rental after my work vehicle was hit. She is great at her job and amazing at customer service. The whole staff at this location was extremely helpful.”

“I came in with a WeatherTek Bump Step on my hitch, which had an anti theft bolt lock on it. Andy came in and helped to remove the bolt when another worker mentioned that I'd have to purchase a whole new lock to get a key that fits, or have it sawed off. He was super helpful, even helped me to pick out the hitch and ball that I'd need and installed it for me. I have literally nobody here in Colorado to help me, so thank God for him. Then, to top it off, Andy asked me if we'd tested my lighting yet and said be right back, and came back and made sure everything was working properly! When you're paying for movers for a certain time and date, it's important that all of this stuff is in order. Thank God I decided to go in early and Andy was there. He's a great asset to your company and definitely deserves a bonus or a raise.”

“Truck is/was on its last leg. Staff was great. Had no issues with pickup. App to return was glitchy, had to use website, but overall a good move. It was very easy to find return lane and key drop.”

“I am so grateful to Isaac for all his help! We were having a rough time with our online Uhaul reservation getting moved around (multiple location changes, time change from 9:00AM to 4:45Pm) and so we randomly stopped into this location to straighten things out. Isaac did everything he could to help accommodate us and I couldn’t be more thankful this was the Uhaul we randomly chose to stop at. I think it’s safe to say in the future it is the only one in this area we’ll use. We were about to have an experience that was going to make us swear off using Uhaul ever again but Isaac totally turned things around. Isaac if you’re reading this you’re the best! If you’re Isaac’s boss reading this you should give him a big raise!”

“Had a little mixup with a hitch install appointment and Shari, the General Manager, provided absolutely top notch service to fix the situation. Went out of her way to research a solution and follow-up with me by phone and email. Mistakes happen from time to time, but it’s the response to those mess ups that set good businesses apart from the rest - this experience was one of the best.”

He was very professional, answered all of our questions, and even provided information about other misc. questions about Denver. I would highly recommend this Budget Truck Rental Location and customer servic Rep. Diego in particular.”

“I called the Uhaul customer service line because I do not have time to call each location to see which location has the pieces to install a hitch and also be able to do the correct wiring harness. The customer service lady gave me the Uhaul on the opposite side of town that had the correct pieces and could install the same day. Well I get over there to find out that they do have the correct pieces but the installation guy is out sick and the owner Dala does not know when he will return to reschedule. So I bought the pieces. At least I had the pieces and she nicely loaded them up for to me to take home. Ultimately, I feel like I should of been angry because services were not rendered. However the way the owner treated me and explained the situation truthfully being Memorial Day weekend to wreck my plans because her guy wanted an extra day off is really unacceptable. But Dala was exceptional giving me other options that another location can put it on for me. I'm going to go ahead and give Dala and this location 5 stars because at no time did she ever give me attitude or a problem. She had apologized and it is was it is. Thank goodness I did find another location to put it on but at least this location provided half of the project. I would still go back there to rent a truck or buy any type of moving necessities.”

I have used this location several times in the last year and CC, the store owner and Uhaul manager, has gone above and beyond to provide 5 star service each and every time. I needed a rental last minute, and a number of other locations - including Budget locations - were rude and unhelpful. Kimberly made sure we were all set and on our way just before they closed.
