As a middle aged female, who has been mtb riding for 14 yrs, I STILL always dread walking into an LBS.
I walked in 30 mins before closing, with a damaged rim and unrepairable hole in my tire. Erik was kind and professional and genuinely seemed happy to help. He repaired the rim and installed a new tire and sealant. It's apparent that he has many years of experience and knowledge under his belt, but never patronized me. The prices were fair and I can ride again confidently, knowing it will hold up. I will definitely be back for more maintenance that is needed.
This is the second positive experience that I've had over many years with TS. Previous being a quick fat bike tire issue in the winter.
Please support this locally owned shop! You will be glad that you did.
UPDATE 10/25: Brian is the other guy! Just went back in for another service on my bike. My dropper lever cable had finally failed after I had damaged it on a ride a year ago.
I was able to get in same day(even though it was obvious they were very busy)and bike was ready on the next day.
Brian replaced my damaged lever cable and made some new improvements while doing so. He added an extra touch that showed me these guys are not only kind and professional(each with 30yrs+ of experience under their belts) but they really have that attention to detail quality about them as well. The fees are extremely reasonable for the craftsmanship you are receiving.
Again, cannot recommend this shop enough for cycling and winter sports needs. I will not trust anyone else with my bikes or snowboards.”
