“I have to send large amounts of mail from this office once a month, and the employees are always kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Today, I had to add extra stamps to over 150 envelopes (due to a mistake on my party). An employee, Devar, personally helped me add stamps to all of them. It was very helpful and nice of him to do, when he could have let me do it myself. I really appreciated the friendliness from him and the other employees, especially Jeremy and Brie.”

“I was really excited about getting a package yesterday, but unfortunately it got misplaced. I contacted this office and they immediately went into action to locate it. My item was found within 24 hours. The office manager also called me to get information and to let me know when it was found. I really appreciate their lighting speed customer service and immediate attempt to remedy the situation. Accidents will happen, but how we respond to them matters.”

“Sue is fantastic! I had a very important package marked delivered but wasn't anywhere to be found. I submitted a claim online and the next morning Sue called me and let me know she was going to go out and check our shared mailbox and parcel lockers. She found it and delivered it to us personally, then called me later just to follow up and give me her direct line in case I ever need anything in the future. Great customer service!”
“Helpful staff. The lady in front of me was swearing at the clerk because she did not like a USPS rule. I apologized for her crappy behavior, the clerk had a great attitude and just shrugged it off easily, and gave me a good tip to save time on mailing my package.”

“Update: the postmaster called me and apologized about my experience. Between her and the other employees they worked hard to correct things and I've had zero issues since. As humans we will make mistakes, but what matters is how they accept responsibility and take feedback as a learning experience. And they sure did! Thank you!!!
I cannot believe how atrocious this post office is. Never had issues until recently. They used to leave packages on our porch but refuse to now and when we go to pick them up from them which is wildly inconvenient for us they have no idea where the package is or what happened to it. They shove packages into our mailbox and destroy them. I used to be a big supporter of USPS but the Lyons post office provides the worst experience and I am at a loss for what to do going forward with getting packages.”

Newly revised. Getting worse again. Back to under staffed. Employees do not seem to care as much about us or themselves for that matter. They seem sad when I go in. Also, be careful because they don’t always check your packages in for tracking. And they ship them off. NO TRACKING.”
“Very quick visit here. Its a small post office without a self serve kiosk, but it opens earlier than the one near my house and the staff is very friendly and fast.”
