Any concerns (never anything major just me being a momma bear) are quickly addressed by the director and assistant director and they are excellent communicators. “We have absolutely loved Jump Start! The staff was amazing at accommodating our family for a short term stay in the area. The front desk ladies, Ms. Evie and Ms. Anessa, did an amazing job communicating with me and getting my daughter enrolled quickly. Ms. Anessa was always so quick to answer my questions, so open and honest, and such a wonderful person. Ms. Evie is always such a wonderful smiling face to see first thing in the morning and I love how much she cares for the children and how much she loves all the families too. Our teachers in toddler one were incredible. Ms. Erika always welcomed my daughter with open arms and so much love and compassion. They loved my daughter (20 months old) as one of their own and were so kind, patient, and caring. My daughter was comfortable enough to nap at Jump Start within just a few days and she has never napped without me before! By week two, she was so happy with her teachers, that she would walk right in by herself and straight into her teachers arms. I felt so comfortable leaving my daughter here knowing she was well taken care of and that she loved her teachers so much. Seeing how quickly my daughter acclimated spoke volumes for how trustworthy and safe this daycare is. I am so grateful for all the teachers and staff that have helped make this transition so smooth for us. Thank you Jump Start for all you do!”

“We went through several preschools before finding the best one, Snow Lion! We love all the teachers, and we have seen how much the teachers love all the children for their own unique little personalities. We have a "spirited" kid who was not always loved by teachers, but the kindness and intellectual stimulation at this school really turned the dynamic around. We also went through the transition from the original director to the new director, and it was all seamless and beautifully done. We will always be indebted to this lovely little school.”

“We love Sunflower. It has been such a great fit for our son. He has made some great friends there and practically begs to go to school in the morning. The teaching staff is also top-notch. They are very observant and attentive, while also giving the kids room to explore their curiosities. I have had the opportunity to interact with numerous Sunflower parents, and without exception, each one has expressed sincere appreciation for the program Sunflower runs. If your kid is happy, the other kids seem happy, and the other parents are happy, then I would say Sunflower is a winner.”

Very helpful and understanding when it comes to knowing how difficult it is leaving your babies. They definitely know every child they interact with. They tell me how my son has been doing the days he is with their care. They are organized and from day one I felt comfortable using their daycare. They also are very accommodating. Their prices are affordable too.”

“We’re ending our first year at kindergarten after doing 5 yrs at Goddard and we feel Goddard had our child prepared for kindergarten. He transitioned easily, math was above average, literacy above average, and interacted well with his new classmates. I believe this is due to his experience at Goddard. “La Petite Louisville means so much to me and my family, I could never capture it in a review. We consider ourselves so lucky to have this village of amazing teachers and staff looking after our two daughters. We started our oldest there as a toddler 2.5 years ago, and we plan to stay until kindergarten (even though we moved and now live 20 minutes away).This is more than a daycare; it’s a community. Just walking into the building, you can feel it’s something special. Many staff members have been there for decades. Jodie, the director, does a remarkable job keeping the school thriving (despite challenges such as industry-wide staffing shortages).Besides the teachers, here are my other favorite things about La Petite:-They serve breakfast, lunch, and snack. No need to pack food.-Teachers send frequent pictures and updates through the SproutAbout app about the kids’ meals, sleep, activities, etc.-Cameras livestream the classrooms, and you can watch on the app. I haven’t heard of another school that does this. I value this feature so much (especially when my girls were first starting out). Popping into the stream to see what my girls are up to makes me feel connected to their day.Dropping kids off at daycare for the first time can be excruciatingly difficult. But “it takes a village”, and La Petite is a huge part of our village. To know that my daughters are safe, happy, learning, and loved is the greatest gift. Thank you <3”

“Exploring Minds has been our first and only daycare for our family and we couldn't have asked for anything more. The staff is beyond friendly and all them together have created a warming/welcoming atmosphere. Moreover, with so many daycares seeming to have plastic playgrounds, we have really enjoyed the openness of the play area at Exploring Minds. We have been comforted by the ample experience of many of the teachers (especially the infant teacher) and have come to rely on the daily reports supplied by the school. All in all, we are truly humbled to have such a dedicated team looking over the youngest member of our family.”

“We cannot say enough great things about this preschool and the teachers! This is the first time our son has been in a group learning environment and we couldn't have asked for a better place to be a part of. Miss Amanda and Miss Crystal are so welcoming, genuine, supportive, and have created an incredible space for the kids to grow academically and socially. We love that the preschool has a focus on Christian values and that the kids get a chance to work with the church staff each week to work through teachings. We also love the three day a week schedule, running from 9-1. It gives our son a chance to eat around other kids and have a little longer day to help prepare for the transition to Kindergarten. There seems to be a great balance between learning and having fun each day. With a smaller class size, it really does feel like the teachers have a chance to get to know and interact with our son more than just teaching a curriculum. There seems to be great relationships with all the kids and families. The care for the kids extends beyond the classroom as well - the teachers are accessible, sympathetic to what parents are experiencing, and are genuinely interested in seeing each kid thrive during preschool and after. You can tell both teachers love what they do and they pour so much love into their craft and how they treat each child and family!”

From the incredible kids' birthday parties we've had there to the delightful summer music events, to visiting the well-cared for farm animals, my entire family adores Sunflower Farm. I've only had a great experience with the staff, and my kids love running around and playing on the airplane, swings, and sliding down the hay bales. We can't wait to go back!”

Our daughter absolutely adored all of her teachers from her three different developmental classes. Ms. Angie, Ms. Katie, Ms. Julia, and Ms. Cheri are more than enough reason to bring your kids to Bright Horizons. We never doubted if she was well taken care of, safe in their facility, and spoiled with LOVE!”

We love getting a peek into his day through the updates on the app. Mariah and Julie run a tight ship which has made our lives as working parents much easier. It’s one of the more expensive options in the area but with all meals provided and good hours, we feel it’s worth it.”
