She always has the answer and is polite and friendly. If Yammy isn't there, Ryan is. Ryan is always polite, friendly and doesn't care how many times you show up. He is always happy to see the customer. If you can't find them, Joe will be there to help in any way. He has always been helpful and a kind smile. He helped me carry out to my car flooring pieces that are taller then me. The flooring staff is helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant, smiling and ready to help. Lowe's has your flooring answers and always helpful. The return desk is always polite and helpful. I had to return some things and they happily gave me back my money. No problems.”
