They kept us informed throughout the purchase process and didn’t try to upsell or convince us to purchase something we didn’t want/need.Installation teams were prompt and efficient. Our household is not easy to get into, with steep steps on the front patio and narrow pathways throughout the home. The teams managed to remove the old appliances, and install the new ones, with little issue. Much different experience than what I received from another companies delivery team, that refused to bring in a refrigerator through a narrow doorway, and then left it on the front patio and drove away.Overall I am very satisfied with my experience.”

I previously went to another Home Depot and a Lowes in the area, and neither were unable to figure it out, but Bob was! Thanks Bob! Overall the store is clean and the staff helpful.”

I met a person called Yammy: friendly, knowledgeable on flooring and doesn't care how many questions or how many times you appear in the flooring department. She always has the answer and is polite and friendly. If Yammy isn't there, Ryan is. Ryan is always polite, friendly and doesn't care how many times you show up. He is always happy to see the customer. If you can't find them, Joe will be there to help in any way. He has always been helpful and a kind smile. He helped me carry out to my car flooring pieces that are taller then me. The flooring staff is helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant, smiling and ready to help. Lowe's has your flooring answers and always helpful. The return desk is always polite and helpful. I had to return some things and they happily gave me back my money. No problems.”

I don't do a lot on the laptop I can get my way around somewhat but not real computer literate but I took it in and Adam went through every possible thing for me showed me everything he did and what he could do to help me out I would give him six stars but they only give you room for five I would definitely recommend taking your laptop in to have them explain or fix any problems you have my experience was great”

“I have been to many different Home Depot’s all around Colorado, but the Broomfield location is by far the most helpful, respectful, and friendly warehouse I have been to. Not only do the people actually greet you when you walk in and are respectful but it stays consistent! I am at this location at least one a week, we are local, and we own a small business that is supported by the pro staff here at Home Depot and it’s great! (Roberta) is an amazing help with any account set up needs and always greets with a smile! I also want to mention (Nate) who has become my new friend as well due to his awesome personality and his kind heart! He pretty much does any and everything needed to keep the place up and running! He is an amazing help with loading the materials when needed and the outside of the building is always kept up with. So I completely recommend coming to the Broomfield Home Depot and seeing for yourselves how great the staff is there!”

I watched her navigate a return for a very nasty, entitled individual who was making obnoxious demands at the customer service in a rude demeanor. He was speaking loudly and throwing credit cards at her aggressively while demanding an item be returned outside of his return window. She kept her cool and remained respectful and concise through the encounter. I was so impressed! Rockstar!”
