“Wow what an amazing company, start to finish just excellent. We rented a biggie for 9 days for a Colorado adventure and loved every second of it. This was our first van life experience and Native couldn't have made it easier for us, smooth collection, great communication from the team, super slick onboarding process and no stress pickup. No issues with last minute addition of phone mount and hammock. The van had everything we needed and there was a surprising amount of space for us and all of our things, even my 6'3" partner could stand up with no problems.We've done road trips before but there's nothing quite like having your home on wheels, nice safe cozy place to come back to after a long day hiking and sightseeing.If you're thinking about it, just do it!”

My most recent rental was due to my car being in the shop because of an accident. I was fighting with my insurance to rent me a similar car to mine with no luck. “Wasn’t sure what to expect have not rented from Hertz in years due to the crapshoot service. However we got an upgrade on the car only to have to take it back because the brakes were shot, was told if I wanted to keep the same size vehicle I would have to exchange at the airport. So after several attempts to call Hertz at the airport (no answer) I decided to go there walking in to about fifteen employees standing around doing nothing. I took the car that was given and left. I ended up having to extend my trip went back to Hertz in Thornton where Josh and his team gave me a bigger car at no additional charge. He said he felt bad that I went to the airport to exchange and they didn’t even try to help with a same exchange. All that said, I appreciated working with the team in Thornton giving them this rating However have decided not to ever rent cars from Hertz again.”

After a nightmare of an ordeal in trying to rent a car at the beginning of my trip in Springfield, MO, I was expecting the same here.What I received here was helpful, friendly service, a car (something not one rent-a-car service in Springfield or Branson could produce 1 MONTH after making my RESERVATION) and a huge upgrade since the car I requested wasn't available. I was renting a car to drive up to hike in the Rockies, and this wound up as the high point of my vacation!Thank you Budget of Northglenn, Colorado for treating this 47 y/o American with respect and not like a suspected member of Hamas. Enterprise of Springfield, MO could learn a thing or three from this location!”
