“After.a frustrating time on the phone with both customer service and roadside assistance. They didn’t know the real policy of being able to go to Firestone or other pre-approved establishments if you need an oil change. I went to the NORTHGLENN Avis location where a knowledgeable and very pleasant staff turned my experience around. Elizabeth McCormack was fantastic in setting up an oil change at the local Firestone and even giving me a contact name at that Firestone that I could talk to directly. Thank you, Elizabeth!”
“First off wow!!!! Native camper vans what can I say the pictures and online website do not do justice to what they actually look like on the inside and in person so clean modern and eye catching I rented a van to attend a well know respectful festival in the mountains of buena vista Colorado and this van had it all let me tell you me and my buddy went to bed comfortable in the van each night knowing we where safe from the elements and can lock our self and belonging up when needed the check in and checkout process was smoother than a babies bottom, not to mention no deposit is what’s gonna keep me coming back year after year, I’m so glad I went with native and their camper vans trust me after bopping around Colorado for almost 7 days I felt comfortable secure and at easy after all it’s just a van. The running sink was a huge amenity that without would’ve made things difficult……. Now the hard part is trying to keep this company on the hush hush while boasting about them so I can easily book again next year hahah anywho thanks native for one of the best weekend of my life 10/10 recommend”

“I rented the Lamborghini Urus for my husband as a birthday surprise. It was such a great experience! Easy to book and Joe, the owner, was responsive with any questions I had beforehand. When we arrived to pick up the car my husband was just amazed at all the cars they had to offer. Joe is an awesome guy and went above and beyond for us! He really made my husband’s birthday special. The car was well maintained and so fun to drive. We are already planning our next outing! My husband and his friend still mention this experience everyday.”

“Awesome experience from start to finish! I wanted a guaranteed 4 wheel drive SUV to drive into the mountains. I found Mile High. A person contacted me right away and confirmed the vehicle. Days before the trip I received text message confirmations. The vehicle was at the airport, no shuttle to the rental lots. It was so convenient. The SUV was clean and seat warmers were on (great touch!). We parked back at the airport and texted the details of where we parked. I will absolutely use them again! I loved the experience. It was so unique and personable.”

“This was our third time renting with Escape, our Mesa van “Into the Wild” (who we nicknamed Supertramp, iykyk) was perfect, no issues at all. Upon returning we learned that the company was liquidating and we were one of the last renters, I am incredibly sad to hear this as we have really enjoyed our experiences over the years. “I can’t thank the Wheat Ridge Enterprise team enough! I arrived right at closing after a car accident on 5/30, and Alex and Gary (I hope I remembered their names correctly) truly went above and beyond. Not only did they stay late to help me, but they were also incredibly accommodating—I had my dog with me, and they made sure I got a larger car to fit us both comfortably. “We always rent from this location very often. This time we needed a truck or 4 wheel drive and we got a durango and it was nice but engine problems and its not 4 wheel drive. As we returned the car Louie or lou was very understand and respectful did everything he could to make it right. We now will continue to go to this location with the respect he gave us when we told him the problems we had. Fantastic customer service 👏”
“Max and the entire staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Max took the time to explain things to us, and help talk the pros and cons of each vehicle. He was responsive, and answered all of our questions. I really liked the sales experience; it was easy and laid-back. We found a great van that will help me get my partner to and from appointments much easier. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs an accessible van or equipment.”

Despite not having the car we requested we were able to work out a solution. Both ladies working were very polite and accommodating. Got in and out very quick. Would recommend.”
“My roommate needed to rent a car in hurry as he drives for work. Tim was very helpful and upon hearing about the particular issue his car was having, gave him some helpful tips to avoid the problem in the future. He was also patient while my roommate did some financial footwork.”
