“We always rent from this location very often. This time we needed a truck or 4 wheel drive and we got a durango and it was nice but engine problems and its not 4 wheel drive. As we returned the car Louie or lou was very understand and respectful did everything he could to make it right. We now will continue to go to this location with the respect he gave us when we told him the problems we had. Fantastic customer service 👏”
