Been working out at Core for about 3 months now and I can tell you I haven't walked out of a workout disappointed. Colby my trainer and if you're looking for a good solid workout Everytime, he's your man. Super friendly and at the same time very motivating! It's just a good all around environment.

Colby is encouraging, patient and focused. My sessions are 6am to 7am twice a week. After 4 weeks of consistent training, I am lifting heavier and maintaining a stronger physique.Overall, staff at Core Progression create a safe environment for their clients putting quality over quantity. For me the quality comes from improving my form/breathing and maximization of the allotted time.The workouts are tailored to the clients fitness level, well being, and goals. I recommend this gym to anyone seeking to challenge themselves, learn from the experience and grow.

Training at Core Progression in Northglenn has been an amazing experience! Jackson is awesome and in just a few months I've made a lot of progress on my goals working with him. Emma and all the other trainers are super friendly as well and it's such a positive environment.

Training here has been a great experience! I had weight loss surgery last December and was starting to need to weight train to avoid as much loose skin as possible, finding this place was much needed. My trainer helped me to turn fat into muscle and has helped me start to rebuild my muscle. I enjoy the atmosphere and the other trainers are great as well and have no problem giving me other tips and tricks, it’s a great team to be with. MM

The facility and team here at Northglenn are the absolute best. I am so happy everyday I get to train with my trainer, what’s even better is all the trainers work together in a way to make MY experience better. I have never seen so much definition in my muscles, nor did I ever think I was this strong. The team is so motivating and knowledgeable. I am very proud to just be apart of the crew here, not to mention how great I feel!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Place is a joke they don’t care about ur goals all they care about is getting paid and they can’t even keep any trainers there I went through 5-6 different trainers while I was there. RUN AWAY

My husband John was there for more than 3 years and now he left due to loss of job and now they are treating to send him to collections even though he was only month to month and his contract was done. I would never recommend this place to anyone. All they did was get him hurt they made him break his wrist one time and they didn't even care about his well being all they said is u coming in for ur next session

I have been with Core Progression in Northglenn since the beginning of February, and it's been beyond what I thought it would be. I initially met with Emma. She was great at narrowing down my goals and finding my "why". She was encouraging without being pushy at all. It really felt like just having a chat with a friend. She's very friendly and personable. So I signed up and was paired with David, and I'm soooo glad I did! My first session was just kind of feeling out where I was at. I couldn't do walking lunges at all, and struggled even doing them stationary holding on for assistance. David put together exercises that slowly built up strength in those muscles, and within 3 weeks, I was able to not only do walking lunges, but able to do them back and fourth on the turf 3 times! I also was down 4% body fat and 6 pounds. :) The whole experience is completely personalized to where I'm at and my goals. He checks in frequently and gives "homework" to keep me on track. Outside of my sessions, I'm encouraged to challenge myself aswell because of the support and accountability I get from David. He is incredibly kind, motivating, and knowledgeable. I know without David guiding me and keeping me accountable, I would most likely still be confused and waiting to start.The only other trainer I've interacted with is Colby because he has sessions at the same time as mine. He is very motivating and supportive of his clients as well, from what I see. He always says good morning and checks in and is there for second opinions on things. It makes the whole place feel a lot more like a community and a good place to be. I'm sure all the trainers are just as fabulous, I've just not met them yet. :) I can not say enough good things about the Core Progression team, especially David! I'm so grateful this is where I ended up choosing for personal training. I don't dread workouts anymore. I'm excited to see my growth and see my body change and get stronger. Worth every penny!

I’ve been training with Colby and I’ve never had more confidence than I do now. I just got engaged and I am going to be 26. I really wanted to get my body back to the way that I had it. I had a surgery and I gained some weight, and I just did not feel comfortable in my skin. Having Colby push me in ways that I didn’t think I could be pushed makes me a more confident person. I felt so good that I got a new job. I’ve only been doing this for two months and I’ve already seen changes and I feel confident to move forward to create more changes. Anytime I have a question Colby is there to answer it and he is also one of the only people who know how to say my government name, correctly. Thank you so much Colby.

I have now been coming to Core Progression for a little over 2 months now. I was scared to sign up as I had little to no experience and the anxiety I would get at the gym was crazy. I decided to give it an go and it has been amazing. My trainer Jackson has made the whole process super easy and the environment he creates is the best. I feel like my goals and my worries have been heard. I am being pushed and motivated to do better every session. I feel so much healthier and stronger and I am starting to see the progress!!

So far since I’ve been coming to core progression and working with my trainer Colby , I’ve seen changes and it’s only been my first month! I enjoy coming here I’ve been taught new and better things to elevate my workouts and get the best results I possibly can! 10/10 ??
