“This Conoco is right on my way to work so sometimes I stop in for a cup of coffee or to top off my tank. Normally, I only review places if they are exceptionally bad or exceptionally good. I’ve never had an issue at this Conoco before, but today I had exceptional service and I think it’s really important to recognize the good along with the bad.
Today, I came inside with something super heavy on my heart, but I plastered a smile on my face as I greeted the young female cashier (she had tattoos on her face- sorry I didn’t catch your name). I’m not sure if she sensed my emotions or is always this kind, but she made a small gesture that really gave me hope that today would get better.
I am a huge fan of random acts of kindness. We all need a bit more positivity in our life. I hope the cashier who rang me up today sees this. Your kindness did not go unnoticed today.”

“You know, my experience at this location has not always been pleasant. The reason why I am writing this review is because there are two ladies in particular that stand out and definitely trump all of my previous bad experiences here at this location. I give five stars because these two ladies always seem to make experience extremely pleasant at this location. Big shout out to Mrs. Rosa the day shift manager and the the girl that works overnight. I'm sorry but I don't know her name. But she is a young Hispanic woman. Always kind and friendly. Overall these two ladies bring life to this location. You guys are the best. Thank you for your kindness.”
