Excellent knowledgeable technician balanced tires and gave me heads up on rotors. Completed in time promised. Initial clerk was moody and price was a little more than expected.

I gave 3 stars for repair only. They tried to slide in a 2 year labor warranty on my bill. I had to ask to see my bill. Only an amount came up on their machine that asked for payment. When I went down the list of what the charges were one of them was for a 2 year labor warranty. If I had not asked to see my detailed bill I would have paid for something I didn't want. I wasn't even asked if I wanted it before it was added.
The woman at the front doesn't know how to explain what the repairs are. She reads off of a paper. When my husband asked to speak to the mechanic he was told he doesn't do that.
We used to bring our cars here, but no more.
Unfortunately the owner is out for a while and there seems to be no one in charge

Walked in waited for agent to get done with customer. Period she never acknowledged me after the person left. She picked up the phone and continued on with a conversation didn't even acknowledge the customer in front of her very unprofessional would never come back.

Made an appt . Dropped it off on time. They called 3 hours later asking for my wheel lock key and the vehicle doesn't even have one. Another half hour later they call and tell me they can't finish it today as promised. My only day of this week and I could have went to 10 other places and had it done today this place is absolute trash. Highly recommend elsewhere.

This location took the time and effort to complete our required annual inspection in a reasonable amount of time. Corporations tend to require a bit of red tape but was able to decipher needed information to complete the task.

Made an appointment online for 430pm they called at 340 saying that they can’t serve me….. They close at seven so what’s really going on? I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Had a 10am appointment scheduled to mount 4 new tires. 5 hours later my tires were finally mounted. They are out of balance at highway speed and they messed up one of my TPMs sensors. I knew letting any pepboys touch my car was a bad idea. They were just the closest place to me to have my tires shipped and supposedly had the availability to get it done early in the day.

Took my car in yesterday and had an oil change done, brakes and rotors changed, and my serpentine belt replaced. Angelica was so nice from the start and the entire time I was there…roughly 2 hours. She kept me updated on everything. I didn’t feel like they tried to rip me off and tell me a bunch of things that needed done that didn’t just to get money. What I had done is what I knew I needed. They will be my go to from here on out.

Good shop but my rear hubcap fell off after service. That's not very good attention to detail and will cost me to replace it
