“I am beyond impressed with Ram Transmissions. Admittedly, I was not the easiest customer to deal with. I came in for an evaluation on my Ram 2500, as the transmission was starting to give me trouble. Since I rely on my truck for work, I was in a time crunch. To make matters worse, I had issues with my credit card and had to request a rushed replacement. Unfortunately, the bank couldn’t provide me with any interim details to share with the shop. Throughout this stressful situation, Joe remained incredibly patient and professional. He went above and beyond to assist me, despite the challenges.
In the end, I got my truck back just in time, and the difference in performance is astounding—it runs like new! I can’t say enough good things about Joe and his team at Ram Transmissions. Joe, if you see this—thank you for everything!”

“My husband and I have been trying to find an automotive shop that can handle anything presented to them .We have multiple car's in need of repair. After going to 6 auto shops and feeling disappointed we accidently came across Northglenn Automotive on 108th and Leroy. My Google map sent me there when I was looking for a different shop, so we decided to check it out. Thank goodness we did. We spoke with Shawn at the front desk and brought our vehicle in ,after the diagnostic test gave us a qoute . My husband wanted to speak with the mechanic which for our car was Jeff.
He spent time explaining everything to my husband that needed repaired. We gave them the go ahead to fix. Jeff is a great mechanic and we are so grateful we found this shop. We highly recommend

“Involved in a hit and run. Kaizen Northglenn East was my shop of choice from my insurance. I met with them and they went over my car very carefully on what will need to be done.
My appointment was made to begin while I was out of town. At the time of drop off again they went over and showed me all items they would be working on.
I received daily text messages with the progress. My vehicle would have been completed earlier if it wasnt for my insurance company being a pain.
I received my car (Penny Lane) as promised detailed on the inside as well! They are an A+ in my book and thank you Tara for all your help.”
