I brought in a rear spoiler (Wing) that was designed for another vehicle, the owner cut it in 4 pieces, put it back together and it not only fit incredibly well but ended up being a fully functional spoiler, UNBELIEVABLE!!! It looks like it is stock if you don't know what your looking at!! I came up with the vision and he created it!! SPOT ON! Couldn't have taken it to a better place and the paint work is fantastic!!!”

“I had seen a commercial regarding Peerless Tires and how they deal with financing options. I went online to check out if I would be eligible and lucky enough they deal with Snap Finance which I have used in the past. I left my information via the website Thursday evening. Friday morning I received a call and they asked if I was still wanting to go through with my appointment. The website stated that I would be able to have my car seen Saturday. The gentleman on the phone said they could get me in at 2:30pm that day rather than wait. I was surprised and said that would work for me. Checking my car in was super easy and I only waited about 35 minutes for my new tires. Eric was super friendly and answered all questions that I had. Overall, it was an easy and super positive interaction when getting my tires. I highly recommend this place.”

“Needed an alternator belt for our RV. We ordered it online to get it to the shop closest to us so we wouldn't have to drive all over town or wait several days. We waited a bit and then called the store to see if it arrived. Chris was very friendly and professional answering the phone and giving an update on the status of our order. We only had to wait a handful of minutes before Chris called back to let us know the belt was there. Pickup was quick, and the belt fit.NAPA is a store we will go a little out of the way for because staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and the prices are great for our budget. We know that we will usually get the right item the first time. Too bad there aren't more NAPA stores around town.”

“I wish I could give 20 stars…Amazing! They fixed my car when someone dented the rear quarter panel and the job was so amazing. Then I got hit in the exact same spot and this person’s insurance wanted me to take the car to Caliber. Literally the exact same damage, maybe less damage this time. Caliber said my car was totaled and I couldn’t get the car back… they held up the title. When my son’s girlfriend wrapped his crown Vic around a tree I didn’t think it was fixable, but I knew better than to take it to Caliber…but these guys made it look like nothing ever happened. It’s like they do magic.”

Help me with a finding a representative that could help me with a warranty transfer form and even offered me refreshments and conversation about the O'Meara dealership. That is what I call great customer service, and showed me all the history of the past O'Meara Ford dealerships. I will bring my new to me Ford truck there for servicing.
