“I wish I could give 20 stars…Amazing! They fixed my car when someone dented the rear quarter panel and the job was so amazing. Then I got hit in the exact same spot and this person’s insurance wanted me to take the car to Caliber. Literally the exact same damage, maybe less damage this time. Caliber said my car was totaled and I couldn’t get the car back… they held up the title. When my son’s girlfriend wrapped his crown Vic around a tree I didn’t think it was fixable, but I knew better than to take it to Caliber…but these guys made it look like nothing ever happened. It’s like they do magic.”

The NAPA Girl , Destiny, didn’t just hear me crying about a specific serpentine belt — she clearly and calmly said I might have a solution for you. She approached the situation like a silent warrior monk of hospitality, carrying many knowledgeable answers...as if they were ancient scrolls of destiny. I asked for a 7 Rib belt 1320mm; she scribble down with pen and paper with the wisdom of someone who has seen entire civilizations rise and fall because of these somewhat hard to get Honda Parts.
Halfway through the conversation, she said she'll give me a call back. Before I even got to make a ramen noodle soup, she materialized through my phone with answers of replacement parts.
At the end, she represented NAPA with a solemn dignity of a samurai returning from battle.
She made a new loyal customer. I would follow her into war.”

“I went to Autoplex to upgrade my headlights to LED. The fellas showed me a lot of other options that are LED for my truck, and I ended up buying them all. I dealt with Jason the most and he was professional in doing his job. I would most definitely recommend them for all your upgrades. However if you go there for one need, you might leave with a lot more upgrades.”
