The United States Postal Service at 11887 Washington Street is a vital part of mail delivery for residents and businesses, managing to deliver to every address across the country and beyond. With over 30,000 locations, USPS handles a significant share of global mail, processing and delivering 47 percent of the world's letters and packages. The staff at this location are generally friendly and hardworking, often dealing with long lines and short staffing. Despite these challenges, employees do their best to serve customers with patience and professionalism. Many reviews highlight the dedication of staff members, who remain courteous even when faced with rude customers or busy periods. For example, a staff member named Kathleen is praised for her professionalism and patience, especially during long lines. Customers appreciate the efforts of workers working on their feet in the heat, often apologizing for wait times and trying to make the experience as smooth as possible. Some customers note the occasional lack of amenities like air conditioning during busy times, but overall, the staff's effort and kindness shine through. Several customers also mention how staff members are helpful, especially when filling out forms or mailing packages to international destinations.
First time shipping large quatities using USPS, so I was not familiar with the process. USPS representative AL went out of his way to kindly make suggestions on how to make the process easier and more convenient. Thank you for your help AL!

Lady was nice, but obviously they don’t know how to read because I paid $10 to send my package TO MYSELF even though the sender address was very clearly written on the box. It wasn’t even busy that day.
